Common Challenges

SingX offers virtual bank accounts to all your group entities, on one platform. Your group entities could be incorporated in any country

Each entity is assigned a named bank account allowing them to efficiently manage their international payables and receivables

These accounts are customised to meet your needs. We offer flexible user access with built-in-security controls. Say bye bye to managing multiple tokens. Manage all your group entities via a SingX business app

If you have group entities based in different time-zones chances are that you face issues with cash flow management, with banks in respective countries working in different time zones and with the added constraints of banking hours (banks work from Monday to Friday during banking hours only)

SingX banks all your group entities on one common platform. You can instantly move funds across entities, 24×7, 365 days a year

In addition, you can take advantage of our currency conversion feature which allows you to instantly convert from one currency to another and use funds in the converted currency

SingX helps you manage all your inflows and your outflows using advanced technologies:

  1. Send a payment link to each buyer. Track and reconcile your receivables in one global account
  2. Pay all your global suppliers, on one platform, making payables reconciliation a breeze. Track all outgoing SWIFT payments via a GPI tracker. Download an MT103 for any SWIFT payment
  3. Send payment confirmations to your suppliers instantly. SingX can send both a payment confirmation and a MT103 directly to your supplier, if you want

Our account configuration allows for a three-level hierarchy. This means that you can nominate one of your companies, say your head office, as a master. All other group companies become child accounts to this master. (Note that each child account has a full-fledged bank account with SingX). Further, each group entity, can opt to have expense accounts (ie grandchild level accounts) such as a payroll account, or a sales incentive account, or an account for technology expenses etc

  1. If you are the main authorised signatory for your company, you can view all master, child and grandchild accounts
  2. In addition, you can retain the authority of approving all transactions, above a defined threshold, say USD 1 Million, in any group entity
  3. You can authorise specific users with maker-checker rights in each group entity
  4. Our payment control feature can restrict payments to a pre-defined list of users (say payments allowed to only three pre-approved technology vendors ), thereby improving controls. With this configuration, your local team cannot make a payment to another technology provider or beneficiary
  5. If you have investors who want view access to track fund deployment, we offer this feature as well, provided it is authorised by you
  6. Take advantage of our auto-sweep feature to automatically move funds between your accounts

Your company is provided a “named” bank account with SingX. These accounts come equipped with multi-currency wallets in 15+ currencies

You can use these accounts to collect (receive) money efficiently from your buyers and pay your suppliers. In simple terms these multi-currency accounts can be used to “collect, hold, convert and pay” efficiently. “Collect” or receive money from buyers. “Hold” funds. “Convert” from one currency to another. “Pay” suppliers or employees. Or simply bring the collected funds back home
